I’ve got a 56 plate RS4 B7 with the dreaded volume problem where turning the volume knob to adjust the volume is a hit and miss affair sometimes it goes up in volume even if you’re turning it down.
I’ve read on other forums what the problem is and have tried ringing OE which were able to replace the chip but they have gone out of business. I don’t want to put in an after market head unit in as I want to keep the at as standard as possible. Does anyone know where I can get the unit fixed. Address and tel no would be great thanks JD

Did you do a search for UK companies?
I've heard of these guys before but not used them . https://www.hazzydayz.com/sat-nav-repairs-13-c.asp
Personally I would just buy a second hand Mk2 RNSE unit (glossy bezel) (with a warranty) and fit it myself.
