Standard air suspension issues

Post by Asian Panda » Wed Jul 22, 2020 6:15 pm

Guys,
Has any with air suspension noticed if one side of their car is lower than the other?

I took a measurement today and noticed that the driver side is approximately 5mm higher than the passenger side. Can't remember what it was that drew my attention to it.

Yep. On my dads 2015 FL it’s exactly the same, however I measured it with fingers rather than a ruler 👍

Depends where it is parked. On my drive which is level the car is level, on my parents drive which is on a slight angle the car is not level

Unfortunately even on a level one side is still slightly higher than the other.

Since I now know it's there and I can't seem to get a logical reason as to why... It's p@#£ing me off!!! 🤬

the ride height can be adjusted with air suspension equipped cars using VCDS. Have a read through the instruction on this .. https://www.audizine.com/forum/showthre ... -with-VCDS
and you could adjust/correct the height to where you want it.
Just make a note of every change/step you adjust so you can revert it back in case its not right for you.

I've passed the link onto the tuner to see what he thinks as I'm currently using the milltek air suspension module.

But huge thanks for that info
