Evo 5RS Project swap

I am considering selling my 5rs project or ideally swapping for a B7 RS4 that needs some work

details below:
Mitsubishi Evo 5 RS
Grade 3.5 Imported in 2018 and registered June 2019
MOT till March 2019
HPI clear with report from Japan which includes mileage
I purchased this as project a in June 2019 and was registered in my name so only one UK owner. Genuine 70,000 km.
Engine is standard apart from
Aftermarket exhaust
Boost controller
Oil pressure and boost gauges
Evo 4 rear seats
Evo 5 passenger and bucket drivers with siding rail
Cambelt changed with receipt from ATP July 19
I am currently in the middle of rubbing down the underneither and repainting.

Bad bits
Bodywork has some small dents here and there worst is on the n/s wing and some gravel rash on the rear doors some small holes where the arches had additional fixings
Some holes in the dash from gauges
The car is fitted with plated LSD’s set for gravel use so will need changing, particularly the front as these can be understeer-ry in the wet, but are worth good money when removed
