Engine warning light came on this week - car is running fine at just under 4 years old and 80k miles. Had the codes read at a mates garage and showed an inter cooler coolant pump fault and 2 lambda sensor faults. Car is still under dealer warranty so we didn’t clear the codes so the dealer would see the problem.
Dealer says they see the lambda sensor faults and will replace them under warranty. But no sign of any intercooler fault. The dealers where I live are really bad, should I be worried about the intercooler fault being ignored/missed or not?

Apparently to replace the coolant pump the front of the car needs to come off so the fact that Audi claim there is no fault code (and that you have already seen it) would raise alarm bells for sure.

Very interesting, thanks. I take it changing lambda sensors is a straightforward job?innercry666 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 28, 2019 4:07 pmApparently to replace the coolant pump the front of the car needs to come off so the fact that Audi claim there is no fault code (and that you have already seen it) would raise alarm bells for sure.
