Stock Boost - Behaviour

Hi All,

Previous threads are indicating stock boost is between 0.6 - 0.7 bar from the factory. Does that sound about right for those with a Vagcom who have done some logging / and or have a boost gauge hooked up and is this boost held all the way to the redline?

Reason I ask ive run some logs and I do seem to occasionally peak up to .7 bar on a cold'ish night (cold is mid-upper single digit celsius here!) but its not holding this boost and drops down to 0.55 across the rev range, Vagcom logging reports specified boost vs actual is pretty close, not 1:1 match but close.

Preping for a remap and want to go into things with a good / known baseline.
