Don`t forget guys we need to get there at the same time so we park together the only way I can see us doing that is meeting some where near the venue.

The alternative is we book a club stand. Then they reserve you some space.

Ok

I’m going to call them tomorrow and book a stand for 20 cars. That way if we don’t arrive together we can still park together.

Be good to meet up on the way down, not sure what route everyone is taking. I’ll be going M3, M27 into the forest. Happy to meet anyone on the way.

Is it best to buy Participants - Advance tickets before hand or are we getting the tickets on the gate?
It would be good to park on the car stand but I see there is 20 spaces so I guess it might be a bit tight.

Let me call them tomorrow and see what they say. Looks like we need tickets in advance:

BRING THE CLUB!
Pre-booked clubs are welcome at our Simply events. Please contact the Events team at least two weeks prior to the event to reserve your space.
We will need to know the number of vehicles expected to attend and they will require at least one e-ticket per vehicle taking part. Club Information will be emailed to Club Organisers approximately two weeks prior to the event once we have received final vehicle numbers for your club.
Clubs are requested to arrive at the same time in order to allow our stewards to park your members faster.

Your best bet would be meet early at the service station on the M27 and then convoy from there.Then if you get to Beaulie before the gates open they have a holding car park to wait in.Well that's what we did the last couple of years for simply porsche with 911uk.com.

Plus if you all RS246.COM printed on a A4 it helps the Marshall point every one it right direction.
