not anymore, 1 march was the last day :(
ouch that's harsh. you could always ask audi maybe you might get some goodwill? mention how long youv'e had this issue etc?
issue started this week on monday. hoping its just a sensor, car idles normally, runs normally. only in the morning i have this problem, rest of the day there are no more errors.

Ah ok well I’m sure they would be understanding if you approached them any type of discount is better than nothing? Unless you go to a decent indie

Perhaps the car's CPUs records the date when the fault developed, in which case that might predate the 1st, March, and surely it would then still be covered by your warranty - or does that rely on the date you report the problem; can that really be the case? Anyone know?

I was thinking about that also. But first fault code was on 5th March. Other than this fault the car has no problem. Seems to be a problem when the engine is under a certain temperature, because after i finish work (car sits for 4-5 hours) there is no problem. Only after it stis over night, 8-9 hours fault appears.

Update:

So yesterday after i got home form work, i decided to put a bit of oil in the engine because i was at about 70-75% on the oil level. And this morning the problem did not appear again. Maybe something to do with oil pressure at the camshaft?

I hope its resolved for good. Much cheaper to put new oil once a month :D
A mechanic at audi says it could be a valve that sends oil to the variable camshaft. Can that be it?
