Not one I've heard of to be honest . If they do high end stuff day in day out I would expect them to turn out a good job .
To be fair I'd rather they had it for a few extra days and kept you upto date with what's going on , that yo not hear a thing and them rush it back too you.
Parts really are the biggest sticking point in any repair , you can find stuff when stripping them or even stuff break on build sometimes. Then you've instantly added a couple of days usually.
In an ideal world they should be stripped and then estimated , sadly this just isn't possible all the time .
Cheers Al

OK. Because some suspension and hub bits are aluminium alloy specifically on the RS6 also, but presumably they're not touching those?

If the parts came from Audi or TPS I don't think you need to worry. All the V8 wings are ali. If they are pattern parts, who knows... Did you ask what parts they'd be using?

It all depends on your Insurance and the small print . Though that said , non fault claim then you shouldn't have any problem, it should all be genuine parts

They might be touching some of the arms as something was “clicking” when turning the steering wheel think a bush or rod end has been damaged

No I didn’t ask(wish I did now!)

I’ve never had a crash or been involved in one before so my brain is overthinking everything!! That and the fact I really hate anyone bar me working on my cars!!

So it’s back! They used parts from Audi and the paint looks really good there’s 2 tiny marks on the wings were the bolts from the bumper have marked it when fitting and the plastic sill plate is cracked and there’s compound all over it but apart from that I’m happy..ImageImageImage
