People have been talking about the bubble for the last god knows how many years and yet here we are still..... When it was £1k a coin people were saying... Oh don't invest it's a bubble. It will burst. You will lose.

Now it's approaching £13k per coin.

Point is there was previously no effective mechanism for the bubble to burst (e.g. short sellers) and any catalyst (those same short sellers, or more regulation).

Those things seem to be changing.

Does that mean it’ll tank next week? Who knows. But there’s a bigger risk of it happening now.

If it was me, and I’d made a shed load in bitcoin already, I’d be tempted to cash out for a couple of weeks to see what (if anything happens), or perhaps trim the position - crystallising some profit, yet keeping some skin in the game.

Just my £0.02

Bit Coins

As with any investment there is never 100% risk free and as Faisal has said only invest what you can afford.

Hilario - why would btc be made redundant?

The people that are nervous are the ones that don’t fully understand cryptocurrency and the benefits it brings to real life situations.

This won’t crash but will eventually level off but this will happen in some time.

Also people need to stop trying to treat this as a commodity or stock, its not. It’s a currency plain and simple. In 2018 you’ll see being more widely accepted around the world, heck even Mastercard issues a bitcoin debit card right now.

Bloody hell wish I never made this post now, amazes me why there is so much bitterness about this maybe it's because people missed the boat and are now kicking themselves about it, if people have the money to gamble and can afford it whats the issue, maybe that is the issue who knows.

I am totally and utterly delusional but loving life right now.

If and when this so called bubble bursts I’ll look back and say, at least I tried. Wouldn’t be the 1st time someone has called me crazy. It’s only money at the end of the day...

That doesn't make sense

Are you trying to say you've made nothing in the last 2 sleeps? Trying to include your previous "£1800"?
