Sounds like Ghost. They don't list it for the B7. B8 no problem but not for the B7.

Haha I agree, you can use anything with a canbus input can be used, indicators, lights gears clutch. Anything really. I agree though, less I touch surfaces in the car the better.

That pandora alram seems the dogs.
Can also have a tag that needs to be in the car before it will start an even if they nick the keys (and tag) you can phone a there number an shut the car down

This can happen to any desirable performance car to be chopped into bits or exported, not just an RS4 and it’s seats. All you can do is slow them down and put visual deterrents in place so they don’t. bother. E.g Disklok, cctv, lights, house alarm a dog etc

One thing I would recommend to anyone is change all house locks from standard euro cylinders to high security snap proof locks so they can’t get into your house.

Fit a decent alarm/immobiliser to the car too. The pandora that has been suggested seems great.

There are some thieves that even put trackers onto your car to actually find out where you live. This happened at a ford show and a few were discovered and a few also went missing.

Remember if they want it they’ll go through great lengths to have it. Anywhere at anytime, this <beep> happens in broad daylight, where drivers are either dragged out or the car is bumped and another party will jump in and drive off with the car.

Just leave the keys in plain sight at home it’s not worth risking them coming up esp of you have family and kids. Even if you are challenging them just remember they may be armed and you don’t know what with.

There's also iBlue. You enter the start code with your phone or set it so a phone only has to be in the car

For those interested, can you let me know which package you would be interested in? I can then start to pull together a deal with the team at securemycar.

I am looking at the Silver package potentially with the anti hijack upgrade (£150 list price).

Happy for you guys to do via PM

I think i will be intrested in the silver package also. And the anti hijack with the tag i think is a must for me.
