Zimmermann Rear Discs back in stock

Post by Facte » Thu Sep 01, 2016 9:11 am

Car parts 4 less have finally got some stock of rear discs. And are doing 10% off at the moment.

Sharing is caring.

Car Parts 4 Less still have 10% off but last night I ordered up new front discs and pads online but didn't complete the order. Today they sent me an email saying notice you didn't complete here's another 5% to encourage you. So got front Zimmermann discs and Pagid pads for £456!

Cool. Don't expect much from those pads though.

Expect much in terms of braking effectiveness or longevity? What's the current favoured brand...

Effectiveness. The ECP Pagid pads will stop the car from speed. Once. Maybe twice. More than that and you might need to put the flames out. :)

I would put OE on. Maybe DS2500 if there was a big enough price difference.

Running on RedStuff pads and they work well when bedded and warmed.
