Thanks Jules. Ive wanted to do this for years. Theres more matte gold touches to come.......Whats catching my eye now though is the interior but i think it will look ok
Its funny as my new wheels for May are also gold lol, the matt gold touches are going to really bring this alive, its not even my
car and I'm getting excited
Your new wheels will be RAD's? If I get your seal of approval, then I will be a happy man hah... :notworthy: ...I'm still more excited than you though. I love my adidas trainers Jules, like you did/still do and was even thinking about adidas stripes at one point but thought that would be too much....keep it simple and classy...
Yes new wheels will be Rads, nothing massively new ive just tweaked a set I really like already.
Loving the Adidas idea but get your point, I think I'm at 70 pairs now but have slowed up as it was getting silly with trying to
store them all lol.
I'll tell you what else I think can look cool with matt black is small elements in gloss black on top as it keeps the stealth
look but can still add some nice detail.

Ive just seen you are from Lincoln a place a visit quite often so maybe we could get the cars together at some point
for a few pics

Jeeez, I thought I had a lot of pairs! Yeah already been thinking about gloss black details but I have the most of the black gloss optics on there already. At that point now though where trying to come up with where/what style of matte gold stripe to add. Let me know when your over this way

The Stang looks awesome, and the 'muscle car look' would obviously suit the RS4.

Doors now finished and what a great job. You would think they had been painted.

Bolted back on and in correct position, hanging exactly right......Imagephew

Managed to get the HRE's back on today and I'm really happy with how they look. Matching up well with the matte black

Next stage is deciding on the final extra touches in the look which is the stripes in matte gold with maybe some black gloss pin striping. Centre / off centre?.....can't decide yet.......

Wow fantastic job, the car looks really good

Can you not spray (plastic dip the hinges ) black?

How long does or do you expect the wrap to last ?

Those RS Turbo's are worth a small forutne now!

Coming together nicely now Paddy, but I wish they would hurry up and do the side vents in the bumper.. Been annoying me since the start! Why have they left them to the end...

Sounds silly I know, but I never realised how much effort goes into wrapping a car...
There's not always this much effort! Depends who does it.....trust me. A large % of company's out there would have it done in a few days and wouldn't bother with 50% of what is being done here

TBH I quite like the fact that I will still be able to see that small red detail in the hinges. They could be removed fully and dippped etc, but you would then have the risk of correct alignment when re mounting the hinges and attaching the doors

The wraps are very durable if applied well. Then it depends on usage and road driving conditions etc. You could leave it on a good 2 years or longer! If any panels or sections get damaged then the beauty is yiu can just re do that section
