I have a C7 and B7 so can compare the interiors and drive. Yes the B7 feels dated when getting into it after the driving the C7. I have the later RNSE with AMI and it still feels dated. However, it only feels dated when you make the change. Drive the B7 for a few days and you get used to it again. Surprisingly, the B7 still feels quick too. I thought by comparison it would feel like someone stole the engine but it doesn't at all. And handling and steering is still worlds ahead in the B7. I like the simplicity of not having Drive Select and so many variations, just sport mode or not.
Size wise, my B7 is a saloon and the C7 is an avant so boot space is clearly different. However, I could still go away for the weekend in thw B7 with the whole family (4 of us) with all our crap including all the crap you need for a newborn baby like a buggy, travel cot, sterilisers etc and still had an 18inch subwoofer in the boot and no roof box. The things I miss are adaptive cruise, power boot, steering wheel moving out of the way for my fat gut when I open the door, google search etc, but none of these are actually major issues.

Awesome mike thats what i was looking for! And to be fair its kind of what i was expecting, as you say its something i would just end up getting use to, suprised getting all that buggy and cot in it too, impressive that. I imagine the b7 will hold its value more that the c7 too which is a bonus

Oh, and I prefer the seats in the B7. Although they are a little snug on the backside they hold you well and I have no problem in them for long drives. I think the first time I did a 3 hour drive in them it was a little uncmofrtable but after that it was no problems. In fact I find the C7 seats to be more uncomfortable for long periods.
But as mentioned, the B7 is getting on so you need to get a good one with fresh bushes / arms etc otherwise it will feel loose and old.
