I personally hate flat bottom steering wheels. Stops me from being able to drive with my knees :assflash:

How can having a bit missing off the bottom of your steering wheel of a road car make you a true enthusiast? It is at best a matter of preference and at worst no more than an affectation on a road car. Fact is, if anyone thinks the flat-bottom assists in the ingress to and egress from the vehicle then they must be heinously overweight. It certainly isn't an aid to driving.
Fact is when it comes to resale most people look for the key RS signature components; in this interior case typical flat-bottomed steering wheel and performance edition seats. It was exactly the same with the B7 RS4. If it didn't have a flat wheel or the bat-winged seats they were much harder to shift. Granted some people may not like said trim but more do than do not.

Haha, yeah. I thought most people referred to the b7 rs4 bucket seats as "bat-winged" or was I dreaming?

Does beg the question though, how do these (unknown by the majority of people) get paid such vast sums of money as to allow them the funds to in this persons case a £750k garage?

I kind of get how they make a few pence from each youtube video view & the like, but being a name i don't recognise i can't imagine he's up there with the likes of Chris Harris or even shmee150 (makes me wretch just saying that name).

Credit to anyone making a fantastic living out of owning stunning cars & videoing themselves driving/buying, but i just don't see where the funds could come from??

On topic, that must be the highest spec RS6 PE in the UK??
My nephew is 14 and earns a reasonable amount on YouTube. 1,000,000 views equals to about £1,000. He collects, cuts and edits 'fail' videos and has a healthy stream going on - some months he earns more than me.

However, this does not explain 'Insta-fame', as it's difficult to monetize. The likes of Shmee150 were very rich to begin with; Tim is from a wealthy family, as i suspect is MrJWW. In fact, most are - some i count some as friends and, the reality is, they paint quite a poor aspirational picture of how to be a success on social media.

However, this is a great car - clearly copied RS4TDI mind! I was tempted to do the same, but in the flesh i found Merlin Purple underwhelming. If you live in California, fine, but in reality it's not bright sunshine every day here.

I believe he was quite wealthy before from his textiles business but a lot of kids are making good money from YouTube at the moment.
Watching this makes the wait for my car even harder!

Yes I thought about Merlin but you are right, it needs bright sun to look good (or lots of Swissvax).
