So got my RS4 Avant back in about July 2015 with about 54k miles on it and in pretty good condition.
I got the engine decoked and as the car was still new to me i couldnt really tell any difference. Got some pics of the before and after but cant find them on my computer at the moment.
Anyway, few months later had some clutch issues and as the car was still on the original clutch and now on about 56k miles i thought would be best to fit a new one.
I had the centre silencer removed from the exhaust and it sounds sooooo much better!! this is how it should have been from the factory.
Always had my cars on coilovers but with my previous car (A4 2.0tdi) i put air suspension on it and never looked back and so i had to put my RS4 on air asap. Whilst at it i also put on some 20" rotor reps. Install was done by Car-Audio-Security in London. They did my last car too. Amazing work as always.
The end result

Heres the boot build, it also has a false floor to go over the top of the sub so i can have full use of the boot when needed..
I had a road trip planned to drive through Europe to go skiing in Jan 2016 and so i decided to paint my original wheels with Plastidip to make them a bit more interesting but also to protect them a bit. I went for matt bronze. Sprayed them myself and did 4 coats of black followed by about 4 coats of bronze metalizer..
mid road trip driving through snow and ice, filthy!!
Despite driving through snow and ice, the air suspension did the full 3k miles without a glitch!! very impressive!
arty snow shots!
The exhaust sounded amazing in the tunnels too!!

I decided i cant run replica wheels on my RS4 and so started the hunt for something a bit more special. I came across some Ispiri ISR10's and decided to go for them. They were 20x10 et35 but due to the design they would clear the front brakes without spacers, bringing them down to about et22. They now only just about cleared the front calipers and also poked a bit. They looked amazing when air'd down but cornering even at full ride height they would rub a bit if going over bumps etc and so they werent ideal.
Next up was to paint the air tank black so that it tied in a bit more.
Oh and also got my calipers painted in a baby blue:
Now to make the front look a bit better i did the joey mod and replaced the front and rear rings for gloss black:
Also got the light smoked rear dectane tube led tail lights:
The Ispiri wheels were proving too difficult to live with and so i thought id get some 19" daily wheels and some 20" wheels for shows etc.
So for my 19's i went with some Strom DS15 wheels.
Then for my 20's ive gone for something a bit more OEM+ and really happy with the outcome! theyre 20x10 speedlines off a Q7. Running 15mm adaptors. No rubbing and easily clear the calipers. Had them refurbed with a polished lip and light grey centres and red centre caps.
Last thing i wanted for the front end was a splitter. Didnt want anything too crazy and so opted for the DTM splitter from Argon Creative, although i didnt opt for the Carbon Fibre one.
Thats all up to date, havent many more mods planned as yet except maybe a remap but all in good time! lol.
And heres a few pics of my car from a show i went to at the weekend.
