Proud new RS4 B7 owner

Post by jonytek » Mon Jul 11, 2016 10:58 pm

Hi guys,
I'm the proud new owner of a Phantom Black RS4 B7 and think i'll be getting involved around here so thought i'd start off with some pics of the beast.

I bought the car here in London through a private sale. The car has 75,000 on the clock but looks like its a 1 yo car.

I think i'm in love.

Nice, really like the seats.

Black is the fastest colour by the way.

Yes I think I was lucky with the seats. They look far better than the other cars I looked at with leather, the leather was cracked and aged. These look new.

I'd love to get involved in some cruises/ meetups if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

I've just sold my Black saloon just today actually, sat here with sellers regret haha. i had those race cloth seats in mine too and everyone does seem to like them and as you say they wear much better than the leather ones.
any other plans for it? gun metal alloys really suit the black car if you ask me :)
enjoy the car

Im sorry to hear that mate, im in love with mine. I think I was just looking at your car here tonight, very similar spec. Its interesting you mention the wheels, I picked mine up tonight from Lepsons after getting them done, mod 1 complete. Next up im thinking tint (just like yours, well your ex), res delete, spacers and black badges (ordered tonight with new wheel nut caps). Following the cheaper mods ill be heading in for a stage 2 and what ever the guys at MRC can get me excited about.....

Any plans for something new? Staying Audi I hope. :kissmyrings:

ahh very nice, they just look so much better on a black car don't they. Yeah I like the tints, I think it works well, then for me it is all about getting the stance spot on - you have SS+ which helps, i got the KW Adjustable springs and got it lowered with spacers and it literally improved the look ten fold. when funds allow get it to MRC, you will be shocked what this car is supposed to drive like, MRC sort that and the difference is crazy.
not sure on my replacement yet, will prob take a couple of months to decide, it prob won't be an Audi though apart from the R8 or possibly RS3 there isnt much that floats my boat at the moment. it is hard when you're so used to driving a loud V8 around.

I do definitely prefer the darker wheels. Although since getting them done I do feel it makes the wheels seem smaller, maybe I'm just focusing on them too much or maybe I just need some 20's.

I do look forward to getting over to MRC but as I've only got the car I'm happy with the power for the minute. I'm more focused on aesthetics atm.

I'll keep you updated on my progress. I was thinking of starting a build thread but that would mean I would need to go the whole nine yards to try and compete with some of the other threads on here. Let's see what happens over the next couple of months.
