Awesome car that r8, you don't get a better sound track than that, the c7 was very quick!! But I've come to realise that I actually think the b8 is more fun on the twisty stuff, more of a drivers car, think I'm going to hang on to mine for a little longer. Would love a V10 r8 though

Your car stands out as it's one of the best example I have seen.

The Roman's car is wrong with the after market seats.

Redline's car is nice but not fully carboned up.

The last one have no photo but a 2014 RED R8 GT is joke.... more like a V10 Plus.

Another great meet

So thank you everyone for putting in the effort to turn up. It was unfortunate being a bit scattered all over the place due to the Ford meet coinciding with ours - didn't think to check the Rykas Facebook page. Still it made for an extra bit of interest.

Thank you to Greg for the passenger ride in his MRC tuned C7 RS6. I think my internals have just about recovered from the experience, 1000nm+ of torque makes you almost hold your breath under hard acceleration

David, also a thank you for bringing along the R8 GT... awesome car. If I ever ask for a passenger ride, please say NO! As I'd end up wanting a V10 R8 more than I do already, despite my wallet saying "dream on sunshine".

Great photos as always Sam and thanks.

Those bloody fords doing their wheel spins and donuts in the car park was irritating and damn right stupid and irresponsible... there were kids there FFS and one mistake could had cost lives IMO. Anyway, great meet as always and the photos speaks for themselves.

Thanks to Greg for coming along from all that way to show case his beautiful Panther black C7 what a beast.

A fecking 10bhp pea shooter ford banger parked in front of me trying to show off to his chav mates rev'd the bollocks out of it and shot <beep> loads of soot covering my front end.... I was not amused and Greg the gent kindly had a few works with the owner. What a twatttt.

Anyway... Sam, Promise you a PAX ride next time but be warned that you'll want one afterwards OK

Until the next meet my friends and hope it won't be too far in the future
