Wow, the finish on that is amazing. Shame about the colour choice. Wonder how many pennies that lot cost?

I was thinking the same workmanship is impressive but I don't know why that colour would be the one to invest so much money into? personal taste I suppose!

Eeeeeewwwwwww. I love their stuff and also love they have prices for all the individual bits on their website so you can see exactly how much each bit would cost to do, and they also have the option of a price for supplying the part as well so you can just order it online, they buy the part, trim it then send it to you and you can swap it over. They also claim to use the same leather and alcantara that Audi use so the finish / colour should match the existing interior parts.
I keep looking at their website to order some bits that I feel have been left out by Audi like the centre console, lower dash, upper dash and interior door opening trims. Dash end panels look nice too. And maybe carbon seat backs. Or even a set of bucket seats trimmed to match my exisiting alcantara with blue stitching?

But I can't help thinking it am better off going to Plush who are local to me rather than sending my panels off to Germany or buying new panels. Their work looks the same quality.

I would have thought a dark navy blue colour would match the car colour better. But each to his own. Guess that lot must have been more than €10k?

Do Plush have a CNC stitching capability then? They look good but I've not seen a project that has Neidfaktor levels of detail.

Colour apart, I was loving the whole ambience of it... until I saw the trimmed rear-view mirror. A step too far.

cheers mike.

were hoping to start our interior soon which i'll keep all you guys up to speed with, when we do.

Yes we have used CNC stitching before on projects and have been looking at the machinery to do so in house but these are 30-£150k for the machine when we last looked into it a few years back.

From what i know that interior would be a lot more than 10k from what we have heard from previous clients. it may be all rumours though.

I don't think its so much the colour as the sheer amount of coverage, and I think any colour would look a bit OTT with this amount of trim coverage. For me not every little panel and trim part as we see here should be covered just a more select combination of parts. This particular colour would be more suited to an A8, S Class etc IMO rather than the RS. I do like a contrast though, dark inside then light inside like lunar, or bright outside (like my Riviera C7) and black interior to (try) and tone it down a bit.

The stitching is perfectly tight around everything, even the how sharp things like the ashtray is on the edges, like it was made of leather to begin with. I have attended many shows over the last 10 years and no trimmer has managed to get it that tight on the edges, if you look at porka's from the factory that have leather dash's this is on par with them for sure. No sagging anywhere.

Looks alright to me. Really hate the trimmed mirror though, and the steering wheel looks odd too.

Wow! That looks top drawer to me. I think navy and brown are a good match personally. I always notice the Germans are way braver than us when it comes to interior colour choices (coming from a guy who has ordered a black interior...).

Lovely job. I'd be scared to step into the car with shoes on though - you'd have to have car slippers so not to dirty or scuff all that leather! Can't imagine it's very durable around all the entry areas. There's a reason they use plastic on some parts - it withstands wear better than other materials! :D Definitely not one for a daily driver.

But fair play though - that's an amazing effort :jump_clap:

I can appreciate the skill gone into doing that, but IMHO all that brown just doesn't work.
