Sorry Rob, I completely missed this!
Thanks Ian,
No worries & the photos are great.

I also have the HFS4-v3.1 system, I've got a saloon so I'm going to mount the tank and pump in the boot out of the way.

Hope you don't mind me asking a few more questions:

What have you done with the gauge, where did you mount it?

How long does a tank full of water/meth last you?

Finally I don't suppose you have a wiring diagram of how to hook it in to the ECU?

I bought my system from a supplier here in Dubai and I have been trying to get the wiring diagram for weeks.

Rob,

Location - The gauge is mounted in the least visable and most hidden place in the world - The glove box! As my storage tank is the 4L washer fluid bottle I already have a low level sensor which displays a "Washer Fluid Low" warning message on the EIS on the dash so I don't need to view the gauge to see when I need to top it up but it would be nice to see the gauge so that I can check that it's flowing.

I think Trups car has the "best" compromise location I think (being able to see it vs being hidden away) which is in the ashtray just in front of the gear stick. I think the ideal location for viewing would a be a 52mm pod gauge on the "A-Pillar" but it would look awful (very 90's Jap tuner car).

Duration - I've only just got it back so I'm still in the "hooning it everywhere" stage as I try and get a feel back for the car so my figures are not really representative but in 3 days and 4 tanks of petrol (250L-ish) I used 5L of 50/50 mix (again, full throttle everywhere so awful figures) so I'm carrying 2x 5L bottles in the car at the moment :D (mix my own from two 25L drums).

My figures will get much better when I stop driving like a lunatic but Trups car was estimated to use a 4L tank in about 2 months.

Wiring Diagram - Doug at MRC has this so you're better off asking him directly.
