Fully installed, corner weighted your looking at a days work about 550 pounds.
RS4 B7, Mugello Blue, K&W V3 & HR ARBs, set up by Centre Gravity, Milltek Valved Non Res & cat bypass pipes, BMC air filter, braided hoses, DOT 5.1, Terraclean, MRC Full Carbon Clean, MRC remap 448PS 477NM, 20" S7 alloys with 4mm spacers & Hawke spigots 66.6 > 57.1, AP Racing front discs. Sold Sept 2019. Now rocking an F80 M3

Pretty sure the Bilstein are not rated very well here and give a hard ride. Do a search, I recall one guy saying there was something wrong with his car and people said that is how the bilsteins ride.
KW V3 are very well rated here but cost a lot more. I'm afriad it sounds like in this instance, you get what you pay for.

Also, once you add fitting for the coilovers it becomes a lot more expensive than fixing the DRC.

Fitting not a problem been a technician for 15years
