Wheel Refurb Aberdeenshire - Recommendation's

Post by Fraser RS4 » Sun Mar 06, 2016 12:23 am

Howdy All,

Looking at getting my spare set of wheel's refurbished in the standard silver colour. (Standard B7 19" RS4 Alloys) Was hoping those who have had their wheels refurbished in the Aberdeenshire area can recommend a company who they have had previous dealings with? A - were you happy with they finished result and B - how were they on price? I'm in no rush for them so would not need them back same day or even same week for that matter if it helps to keep costs down.

Currently looking at "The Wheel Specialist" based in Dyce. They would be looking at same day turn around (assuming i drop them off first thing) for all four wheels at 350 inc vat. Has anyone used them before and happy with the results?

As always much appreciated for your opinion and suggestions.

I would always recommend using Scott at Motorwerks, he uses Pristine Wheels down the road and can turn them around in a week.

Another place I've been hearing good things about lately is Customised Coatings in Newmacher, www.customisedcoatings.co.uk, they would be cheaper.

Cheers Paul. I am assuming you have used Scott at Motorwerks before with good results? Wil give both a call tomorrow morning and see what they have to say.
