If you like and get on with a 100mm stem then fair play to you but I really think it would handle much better with a shorter stem/wider bar setup, even as an all rounder. 65mm/730mm is where I would start.

I guess it is all depends on what you prefer and where you ride. My current do everything bike has a 50mm stem/800mm bar but is far from being a DH bike.

That 911 just needs silver wheels......

LOL I can tell you every part on that bike and, Mate that bike is a heffa 30lb+ !! no Enve carbon wheels is going to mask the weight of that 26er !! however, I don't want to get into bikes really on a car forum with one up-manship, like me or hate me, but PM me if you want something better !!

Looks an OK bike though to be fair.

With the 911, I like the bat mobile look thanks !!

Well if you know so much about bikes how come you missed the fact it is running 650b wheels and not 26 inch wheels? :-)

It does weight about 32lbs though so not exactly light but I tend to break things that are lighter.

Was never about one-up-manship, just that 50mm stems are more the normal on bikes these days.

To be honest, I don't really like it that much as prefer smaller wheels so selling it next month when the used bike market picks up.

It would look really good on your 911 with a set of black roof bars though................. just saying........ even with a long stem........ cough.

I don't mind you to be honest, a gobshite but a likeable one.

700bhp!!! :biggrin3:

Sorry I have experienced alot of bikes and cars in my 45 years !!

Yes its fast more NM as well !!

Stubbies are for DH bikes, looks like you have a 50mm stem at best, if thats a 650b then its a small / medium, and looking at the wheels and 125mm dropper more closely (elevated to the max) you are probably about 5ft 9 or like the closed cockpitt, and there is nothing wrong with that !!

Dropper is a 150mm which probably plays tricks on the eye on the medium frame.

I am 6ft 2 but prefer a short reach, having Glentress on my doorstep has probably caused that.

What gearbox has the 911 got?

Getting back on topic......... where does the bike go in the RS4? My frame does not fit in the boot of the Avant if the seats are both up!

700hp in the porsche? Nice. Still - thats a lot of money thrown at it I guess when an old RS6 with a remap makes more power :bigblink:

Come on....... you are comparing a 2.5+ tonne Estate car to a Supercar, don't embarrass yourself.

Mike and others, what is the issue, I have been upfront and honest, been around loads of forums and owned more cars than most, I am really pleased with my RS4, I like it very much, I have shared and displayed pictures, showed you my other cars (as someone went into my Photobucket and I did not realize you could do that) and all I get is this type of cr4ap, but its supposed to be a big happy, informative forum!!! this is my second RS4 and I have had 2 RS6's, I know my stuff !!

I'm not sure you have really grasped this forum yet, Mr Fett. You might want to take a chill pill. ;)

FYI a c6 rs6 is only 500kgs heavier than a 997 turbo. Not 1000kgs+ as you elude to. ;)

Do you track any of your cars?
