I've gone for the same wheels / different tyres approach. Will mean my alloys take a hammering all year round but on the plus side it still has the mean look. Loving the tyres so far, now that we finally have subzero temps.

Seeing as the weather's now starting to turn, I'll get to fitting mine in the next couple of days
Can anyone tell me what the torque setting is for the bolts, as I suppose I better do it with a torque wrench this time rather than just standing on the supplied lever like I always have done ? :biggrin2:

Tried to fit the winters on this morning, but the offside rear wouldn't come off the hub, so a quick trip to my local stealer, and they did it for me for free :)

I did contemplate the getting the rubber mallet out, but as my Fronts are ceramic, and you have to be super careful removing the wheel, I thought I'd sit in the warm drinking coffee and eating biscuits whilst I let the dealer tech do it instead :)
I agree about the quality of materials though, I saw that pic on the RS6 page, and it look knackered for a 3 month old car

Push bike or motorbike ?
I went out on my motorbike for a bit today as the roads were semi dry for once, and fancied blowing some cobwebs out :)
New, unscrubbed tyres and cold tarmac wasn't much fun though

Haha, I love it when it lashes down on the way back from mountainbiking. Saves loads of cleaning :)
