Re: Front Audi Badge Removal
You could try ebay, but most of them on there state the size of the rings rather than what car they are for so you need to do some accurate measuring and can't claim they don't fit a particular car afterwards.
Or you could try this guy:

They are supposed to be good quality but to be honest they all look the same to me. You buy them for a particular model from here though so should be the perfect size.
I bought a set of front and rear rings as well as a black rear RS badge for the RS6 and RS3. I haven't got the 6 yet so can't tell if they fit. I haven't fitted them to the 3 yet but I did put the rear badge up against the original and it looked a couple of mm out which is not a big problem for the rears as no one will ever notice. Haven't tried the fronts yet.

Re: Front Audi Badge Removal
I've got the Raywell rings. Not fitted yet (got car on Friday!).
I've just checked the sizes, and rear are slightly too big, but front rings appear to be spot on.

Re: Front Audi Badge Removal
Great thanks will check those out. Just need to find someone local to fit the front for me as I don't fancy cracking the grill trying myself.
I quite like the look of the rear without the rings having seen a few photos posted on here as well.

Re: Front Audi Badge Removal
The Raywell gear is good quality, however I had to return mine recently as the front rings wouldn't fit plus the RS6 badge at the rear was considerably smaller than the OEM. Horses for courses really.

I guess that means my RS6 rings won't fit either.3v3ntus wrote:The Raywell gear is good quality, however I had to return mine recently as the front rings wouldn't fit plus the RS6 badge at the rear was considerably smaller than the OEM. Horses for courses really.

I haven't tried yet, but my Raywell RS6 fronts look identical to original size, and the rears are definitely bigger!MikeFish wrote:I guess that means my RS6 rings won't fit either.3v3ntus wrote:The Raywell gear is good quality, however I had to return mine recently as the front rings wouldn't fit plus the RS6 badge at the rear was considerably smaller than the OEM. @ 3v3ntus - were the front rings visibly different size, or did they look right, but just did not clip on?
Re: Front Audi Badge Removal
I think he is talking about the badges. I got the rings front and back from them and they appear correct size (not fitted either yet) but the RS6 badge was much smaller. I mailed them and they fully accept it and will refund parts if you aren't happy.MikeFish wrote:I guess that means my RS6 rings won't fit either.3v3ntus wrote:The Raywell gear is good quality, however I had to return mine recently as the front rings wouldn't fit plus the RS6 badge at the rear was considerably smaller than the OEM. Re: Front Audi Badge Removal
So I summond up the courage and did this today. Once I got one of the clips out the rest were easy. I just used a plastic smooth store card and pushed it up in a gap between the lugs. Once right through used a screwdriver to ease the first one out and then worked around. No clips broken!
The new bags had a couple of clips in the wrong place so cut these off but rest all clipped in well and securely.
Did the rear as well although did quite like the look without the rings on the boot lid.
Just needs a clean now!

Looks great! Can you point me in the direction of where you buy the black rings?

I got mine from Raywell Designs. Seem to fit ok (I didn't actually fit them myself so can't say how good a fit they actually were)
