Shopp, what address did you email? Keith if the day-to-day boss man who deals with a lot of the messages when he is actually at his desk and from many email exchanges with him over the years/phone conversations, it is best to call for him.
Always friendly and happy to chat and he will make a point of going to his pooter to check the messages while on the phone to you. He is just a very busy chap but a very good chap.
I use them wherever possible, only recently Keith bent over backwards to sort out my new pair of rims at a really good price and free delivery direct from OZ in Italy as well as some Scoob bits.

I'm sure it helps when you get hold of the right person. Sadly I don't always have the time or inclination to pursue things further when I don't get a reply to the email address on the site. One thing I hate with a passion is chasing people to try and give them business. Drives me up the wall. If they are not going to reply to business enquiries sent their main address on the webshite, then why even bother putting it on there?

Had intermittent connection on my DRL's for the past couple of weeks - turned out to be the Scotch block failing.
Now replaced with a proper soldered job!
