Re: Your Audi Web Portal
To access the coding behind the GUI you need to log on to Your Audi. You should have a web address that looks like:
'https://www.audi.co.uk/youraudi/youraud ... r/2xxxxxxx'
Obviously, the last bit will be your own order number.
Then you need to paste this into the address bar of the same window (without the inverted commas):
'https://www.audi.co.uk/myaudi-public-ap ... v1/orders/'
but leave your 8 digit order number at the end so it should look like 'https://www.audi.co.uk/myaudi-public-ap ... s/2xxxxxxx'
If you open another window or tab it won't work.
If succesful you will see a page full of what looks like mumbo jumbo. look at the first line. There should be an Order Status in there folllowed by a 2 digit number. This is the current status of your car. See below for what the different codes mean.
Or you can copy the text and paste it into here:
http://www.jsonlint.com/
for a more ligical view. In this view you can see when your car changed from one code to the next. Plus at bottom it has your build week, first day of build, and your option codes.
Order codes:
00 - Welcome
10 - Order Received
20 - Preperation
21 - Panel Shop
22 - Paint Shop
23 - Assembly
24 - Quality Control
30 - Your Audi has left Ingolstadt
38 - At Emden
39 - On the boat
40 - Ready for Transport to the dealer
60 - Left UK Port on the way to the dealer
70 - Arrived at dealer - Call to make your collection plans
Note; when I was tracking an order I never saw code 38 or 60 but maybe that was becuase it went from code 40 to 70 in less than 24 hours (only updates once a day). But I know it must have been sitting at Emden for about 10 days but didn't get a 38 (stayed on code 30 for ages then went to code 39).
'https://www.audi.co.uk/youraudi/youraud ... r/2xxxxxxx'
Obviously, the last bit will be your own order number.

Re: Your Audi Web Portal
Slightly different method, but I right clicked the map and 'inspect' it with Chrome and the address has "...sli-status/30/..." in it, so assume it's still not at the port. Same result if you right click the map and copy the image address, then paste it somewhere. I guess that only works once you're up to Step 8 though.

Martin, mine said code 30 for ages when I'm pretty sure it was at the port.

Re: Your Audi Web Portal
Very helpful, thanks. code 38 for me...looking like January collection, as holidays are approaching faster than my car, which was at the port last week as well, according to dealer!MikeFish wrote:To access the coding behind the GUI you need to log on to Your Audi. Re: Your Audi Web Portal
It goes from panel Shop to QC in a matter of days then the long wait begins. It can sit in QC for up to a week then the flaming docks can take ages,

Re: Your Audi Web Portal
Audi called me on Wednesday to arrange collection, then ruined Christmas by saying it'd still be 2 weeks.
