Of course. One has 4 wheels and one has two wheels

I've rode and owned every incarnation of R1 and numerous others and indeed three have had AKA's fitted.

Would I fit AKA to my RS4? No, not after seeing the competition. But equally, the AKA system is superb in every application. By the same token, so is this...

So. Without going in to too much detail here, I've had to temporarily refit my standard exhaust today.

So here's some photos to make the post less boring.

Jcwf prototype resonators (these will be moved and changed slightly for the released version) but here's how they look after 2k miles. Lovely colouring:

And here's the Audi standard system, as modified by Quattro GmbH to make it fit ... Idiots. 2.5" bore reduced in some parts down to under 1.5" diameter.

That's not storage damage - you mean that's how the stock system came off your car?!

Sorry Ross to hear (read DRC thread) that the JCWF system is off - it'll have nothing to do with the issue we all know, but indulge the idiots...

But WTF. That OEM system is shocking. On a performance car...

Yes Ian, Ross is saying that's what Quattro/Audi did to modify...

Yep. That's exactly the system audi fitted in the factory. Just like that. They dent it like that when it's close to something (and by close, I mean 2 yards, not 2cm). So it's dented like that all over... Crazy. :piss:

And cheers Neil - that's the plan. Indulge Audi and see what they try and worm out of next...

Dents like that - can you imagine the turmoil in the gas flow through to exit... :audibash:

Trups (I think it was his) c6 made something like 30hp just from the JCWF exhaust - you can thank the shitty standard mass produced Audi systems for restricting the car like that! Painful when you think about it. :(

Unfortunately my standard sports exhaust is rather muted - car has 4k miles on it but the exhaust only has 600 lol.

I'm convinced my stock gets louder each time I drive it, if only there was a way of continuing the sound at cold start. Quickly put it into sport then back to park and blip...woof. How can I get that all of the time?!?!
