Sadly I sold my 2006 RS4 a little while ago but kept the roof bars/cycle rack in case I got another at some stage.
They're genuine Audi supplied and logo'ed although I suspect they are rebadged by Audi and manufactured by Thule.
Very easy to use and not noisy like some roof attachments.
I paid something like £400 for the complete ensemble, which fits three bikes, or a roof box if you take the bike stands off.
I'd accept any reasonable offer.
They're not practical to ship but I live 30 seconds from J5 of the M25 in Kent.
