I chatted with Doug about having the cats removed on my RS5 he said the flow was already really good and for the cost of the downpipes set against the gains wasn't really worth it. So I went from the rear of the downpipes back by a local guy to me. Very happy with what I have as it's such a unique sound and grumbles around as soon as you touch the pedal unlike all the others I have heard which need a few more revs. Certainly turned a lot of heads at Goodwood when we were there last year.

Been chatting today to Mark @ JCWF about tailpipe options. I can't say much yet, but I think they're going to be rather special... I belive JCWF will offer a couple of different options to suit different budgets and tastes so that's great news if (like me) you're not a huge fan of the standard exhaust cutouts and the way it's left with the Milltek's etc just stuck behind the bumper like a standard backbox.

Lol!

Aye. As I said to Mark (JCWF) today - sound is primary, with tailpipe look a close second. If it looks pants why pay the premium?
I know they'll knock it out the park from what they've said so far. I'm honestly excited. And it'll be done for AITP so there's plenty of opportunity to see/hear it there. I suspect a few orders will be placed shortly afterwards lol

I got a good deal on a Miltek from Glen @ Revolution, so that may have swung it for me. Jurys out till see what is available from JCW, like to get rid of the silver for some black exits.

Do you think mine was low quality at that cost?
