This has just appeared on t'internet
Although my German is none existent, I'd suggest this is just a rendering of an assumption, but looks ok in my eyes ;

Google translate says ;
Back to basics: the new Audi RS 4 2016 comes back with V6 biturbo, plus there is all-wheel drive and plenty of space
With the launch of the new Audi A4 2015 maximum 272 hp will be available, but the friends of particularly powerful models do not have to wait long for the long-awaited look. On the 354 bhp S4 2016 the new Audi RS 4 follow B9 and grab at full speed by the Crown in the sporty middle class.
AUDI RS 4 2016: POWER station wagon with 500 hp V6 biturbo
The naturally aspirated V8 predecessor send the Ingolstadt for retirement, its place on a newly developed and considerably more economical V6 biturbo. Around 500 PS is the six-cylinder sent to all four wheels, the force distribution is standard emphasizes hecklastig: Even the normal A4 sends usually 60 percent of the power to the rear wheels, which promises to be a very agile handling with quattro typical traction.
As the new power combination might look, the current Photoshop designs by Theophilus Chin show us: Aggressive front apron with carbon splitter and huge air intakes, pithy flared wheel arches and two arm-thick tailpipes as proper style setting for the diffuser, mark the appearance of the middle-class athlete , the scores at all momentum with around 1,500 liters of cargo space and is thus suitable also for everyday wear.

V6 biturbo is back! I imagine with a quick 1.5stg remap you'd have a 570PS AWD road wagon weapon.

Pure speculation and a chronically hasty photoshop of one of Mondays A4 press release pics! :biggrin3:

Love the way that RS4 has A4 SE seats lol

Somebody else was saying 2.7 on another post. Will be interesting to see it! I keep threatening to ditch the c6 and get a car that likes corners, but nearly a year in and it's still on the drive! Maybe this is the next car?

Yer, it's your fault! I got pulled for 105 about 4 months ago now, still waiting for the summons. So after 6 months of nothing... It'll be chopped for something else! Rs4, m3, m5?

I think the RS version of that A4 could look awesome. The initial A4 always looks pants, they only start to look good later on once the sportier models are released. Fingers crossed we might get a saloon again!

Also, I think that that photoshop has got the arches wrong. The C5 and B7 had flared rounded arches. The B8 and C6 had flared box arches. the C7 has flared rounded arches. I believe the B9 will follow suit and lose the box arches in favour of the rounded type.

I noted the A3 clubsport had box arches but the RS3 didn't follow suit and went with the rounded arches.

And as much as I love the V8 sound, the 5 pot sounds awesome so I can't see why they can't get the V6 to sound great too.
