Couple of options, then.
The cheapest and easiest is probably getting the Kufatec Aux-in adapter (or similar) for the TV tuner and then get an Aukey car receiver (like the one I just bought - subject to my pending assessment). Then you just plug the Aukey into the Tuner, select TV from the head unit and you get sound. BUT, the sound quality isn't brilliant through the TV tuner for some reason.

Or you could get an xcarlink. There is a bluetooth option (pricey), but on mine it doesn't sound good when you stream to it. OK for a hardwired connection though.
You could use the xcarlink and Aukey (like I am planning to do).
There might be an aux in adapter that replaces the CD player. Not sure if you want to lose the CD player, though, and I have no direct experience of it. Again, the Aukey will plug into this adapter.
