Not bad considering its 6 months old. If you're a cash buyer just tell them you have x amount ready and waiting in bank now. I'd put in a cheeky low offer of around £52-53k. But stealers know all the tactics.

I bet £57k would get it but no lower....£60k is steep....there is another with 1000 miles for £55k on PH (as a comparison)

This has Ceramics and buckets @£59k - http://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/ ... en/1629867

If it's the same one (the photos spec and description are the same), then that car was a new/unregistered stock car back when I was looking in December. I rang about it, but they would only match DTD, and not beat it, so I went elsewhere.

My understanding was it's since been registered (?), which if it has then it doesn't qualify for the cheap (4.9% APR) finance, and if it is then they've missed all their targets on it and it's why they're prob not offering any further discount.

You might want to have a read of this re GC Motors...

http://www.pistonheads.com/Gassing/topi ... &t=1365952

They also had an R8 under a similar story, that thread was pulled from Pistonheads, but in short they were selling crash damaged cars and when confronted were dismissive etc. They also buy a lot of ropey press cars on the cheap and 'do them up'. My guess says this might be an Audi UK OV/OY plate car...

That's dependent on how many miles and how hard you drive....ceramics might be a better option as steels allegedly wear out way quicker...
