B7 Wheels

Post by massi moura » Wed Dec 31, 2014 9:42 am

Hi All,
Im in need of 2 B7 RS4 rims. Hit a pothole, and took front and rear out. (Buckled) everything else is fine though... I think!...

They dont need to be perfect condition as i will have them re furbished and painted to match the rest of them.

Thanks :)

Have you taken a picture of the pothole with a measurement for the council - not foolproof but sometimes they do pay up if you send receipts in

Sorry to read about the damage; doing two rims is bloody unlucky :(

Can't help with replacements I'm afraid, but I'd be inclined to get the alignment checked - the rims obviously took a hell of a pasting and it could easily have knocked the alignment out. I had mine done last year at a garage with the Hunter system, which seems to be the best according to many threads I've seen. It was out a bit, but not seriously. The guy took nearly 1.5 hours and from memory the charge was about £80 all in.
Misano Red B7 RS4 Avant. 20" Rotors. KW adjustable spring kit. 8 & 10mm H&R spacers. MRC Stage 2 remap. Pre-cat delete & x-pipe.
