What does being young have to do with anything!?!?! It's got a Simpsons skinned interior, it wouldn't matter who you were, the same amount of piss would be taken. Get over yourself. It's not like you spec'd the car, why so defensive?

+1

I made some pretty bad styling choices with cars in my youth too. The whale tail on the Subaru I had when I was 19 makes me cringe but I took it on the chin. In this case the interior just doesn't match the car, if it was in a Citroen DS3 then it would be at home but in a fast family estate it just looks wrong, whoever was responsible for doing it.

You can spend your cash in any way you want but just don't expect resale value at the end of it as I would imagine it's a rather niche buyer you'd need to find to buy it (and that's coming from a fan of The Simpsons)!

Point taken.

I'll carry on lurking as it seems I'm the wrong type of person for the forum. Didn't mean to come across defensive, so for that I'll apologise.

Good man, you 'got it' in the end, a lesser man would have failed.

Wasn't this one on Air suspension not long ago?

Shiv, the guy who mods all top high end cars, with loud interiors normally, his B7 RS4 Avant, in a dark grey paint and kermit green interior?

More recently he has done an epic build on an E63 in Bentley Grey and of course air suspension

I'm sure this was his C6

Yeah this was shivs car. I bought it off him earlier in the year.

The bootlid is a us spec one hence the smaller recess.
