Facelift

Post by S4Player » Fri Sep 05, 2014 7:25 pm

Yeh that's the same car, Hatfield audi? Spec is absolutely insane I'm sure it was around 110k new. Not sure if it's ex demo? 9k miles 63 plate car. I made some basic enquires but haven't chased it up. I think an rs7 may tempt me back to audi tbh

Nice isn't it?

Some nice touches on the A7...

Frameless doors.
Sits low.
Head up display.
Boot spoiler...etc etc

It's arse is always open to debate...droopy?..sad??

I think it's ok.

Would like to see some feedback on the RS7.

Sorry for thread hijack you RS6 boys!!... :beerchug:

I agree I really like it. The one I'm on about is really nice. Just a little dubious coming back to an RS car post gtr. Don't know how special they will feel

Inside it'll feel like a million dollars compared to the Datsun.

Clearly it's not going to handle the same, it's a barge with a sad saggy arse.

Nothing wrong with a press car. That's what a warranty is for.

Press car wouldn't bother me when it's 35k cheaper than new tbh. Doodle your correct it would feel nicer inside just a little dubious at the minute. Will comment more when I drive one

Mmm, to a point. Foot fall can mean a lot of interior wear relative to mileage. And if it's a lemon you're going to get fecked off warranty or not.

Interior wear you can obviously gauge and make a decision or not, it's not always the case.

These cars are very well built with high levels of tolerances ... They don't need wrapping in cotton wool

RS7 great but just think RS6 looks more aggressive and fuller the RS7 lacking arches just a bit flat.

My current RS5 is an ex press car, and despite it only having 10k on the clock when I got it, it was generally hanging, but funnily felt more powerful
It'd had a tough life
