Respray

Post by angryant » Sun Aug 31, 2014 9:01 pm

Another rant from the ant.
Just got my car back from John Clark Aberdeen after a full front end and rear respray,
Just under £4000!!!!!
Thought,,,,, yes put it to a accredited company.....what a mess.... paint full of contaminants, obvious sanding marks visible. overspray........totally unacceptable.
Have been in touch and waiting for a call back tomorrow.
Would post photos but difficult....seeing is believing.

Holy cow... £4000!

Sorry, i have nothing constructive to say.. still in shock at £4000... I paid around £850 for the entire front end to be done due to stone chips by one of the top companies in my area and it was perfect (They know how fussy i am so they go over it with a fine tooth comb)

hope they come good and sort it for you bud :)

To also add this work cost me £700 - bonnet, both wings and bumper, shots speak for themselves.

I heard of one paint shop using the sperm from a transexual dodo and it was cheaper.
