I don't believe the pump can generate any codes. The fuel pump controller module might though. Possibly you need to do some logs while driving to see what's happening to the mixture when the hesitation occurs.

is it possible when looking at the mixture values i can see which pump it is? im pretty sure its a pump related sound. When cold it behaves normal.
i know there are two, one in the fuel tank beneath the rear seats, the other im not sure.
one is for sucking, one for pumping? dont know which sucker is in the fueltank though....

i can probably lift of the rear seat , if the noise gets a lot louder when im opening the lid, this should be the defect pump.

One is the lifter in the fuel tank which is low pressure high volume. This feeds the main pump which is higher pressure for the fuel injectors and is accessible from the outside. Difficult to tell which is the culprit without testing the fuel pressure.

Why don't you pull up the back seat, expose the lifter pump top and have someone drive the car while you listen to the pump with a screwdriver on your ear to see if you can hear it stalling?

yep, thats what i was thinking. the sound is more present inside the car then outside. so it will probably the one inside the fueltank.

oh yes, i forgot to mention the gas filled strut from the 5th door is broken too...weird it goes all of a sudden...

The heated seat wires are a faff. Forgot about those.
