Too common now Nick. Go for something different with some nice concave to them

I am overdue a thread on this build, Nils. Was planning on getting everything how I wanted it first, but that's going to be quite some time coming so I guess I should just get posting regardless!! Will start one off in a min...

Dunc, I hear you and agree with you. However, after months of contemplating, it's the best solution I've managed to come up with (although still early in the experimental stage). In short, I'm trying to maintain the OEM look (albeit a bit wider than standard) and these are the most concave OEM wheels I've been able to find - ET26 RS5 rotors. Means I can reduce (but unfortunately not loose altogether) the spacers required and (after colour coding them) will hopefully improve the appearance of the car a bit. As hugely common as they are, I still like the look of the rotors but don't like the idea of diamond-cut finishes. Went through 2 sets of E46 M3 19", back in the day, due to my OCD and not being able to keep that finish factory-fresh! So thinking is same 2-tone style but painted rather than cut. As I say, early days in the experiment, though! :)

I hate diamond cut with a passion! The rotors look really good, but see them way too much now which has spoilt them.
You could always head over to Projex and let them offer some wheels up to the car. I had a bad experience with them over wheels, but hopefully won't mess you about. Or, get intouch with Revolution on here, they were brilliant when I was searching but were too far away to visit.
Get intouch with bam, he's sh1t hot with wheel searching!!
