I'll be bringing my GoPro, suction mounted to the side of the car, need to get an external mic ASAP to make the most of it :rocker:

I'm not going on the list yet as I'm not 100% I can make it, I'll update nearer the time.

As for average time it's exactly that, so if you go in at 40 mph for the first quarter mile then then blast up to ???mph you'll be fine. I'm local ish and go through it like this often. Mucho fun !!

Also, as a suggestion for a meeting point, I'd go to The Mill in Elstead. Its a large pub, with good carparking and its 'this' side of the tunnel ie the M25 side so would mean that the majority of people wouldn't have to go through the tunnel to get to it.

The post code is GU8 6LE and its only a mile or 2 away.

Sounds a great day out this one, (GROWN MEN/LADIES RACING THROUGH TUNNELS) would love to come along but its the first week of the school hols and going away...

Perhaps if all goes well, it might become a regular meet

DB meter would be good too, prize for the highest reading

Have a great day...sob sob

Having read a Bimmer thread about 30 odd bmw's arriving at the Devils bowl car park and the police arriving shortly afterwards (locals calling it in - no hassle just warning about speed/noise etc) I think I'll take R1RS4's advice and change the initial meeting place to the Mill in Elstead. It's about 10miles away but probably better to avoid annoying the locals!

I've updated the original post with the new meeting point and it's postcode for the SatNav'ers .

The Mill was my idea.

So hurt :bigblink:

I'm going to try and come, but I had planned my carbon clean for this weekend, but the idea of 42 litres of Audi's finest is sure tempting me to put it off 'another' week !
