Riviera blue is everyday ok, but a bright yellow estate ...... No thanks generally

I've never owned a car that attracts so much attention, people come over to me to say how much they love the car,it's nice to get positive comments, but I guess if you want to slip under the radar it's not the best!! certain cars can look good with bright colours,my car without the black optics to me looks poop, almost sickly to look at,I Iike the imola but wouldn't buy one

RS cars in general seem to get positive attention from strangers. Can't say the same for BMW's and Porsches, but certainly not to the positive level of comments I had in a TVR I had. Everyone seemed to love that car, although the reliability jokes wore a bit thin after a while - especially as it was more reliable than most audi's I've owned

TVR and reliable do not live in the same sentence. It probably had features you didn't know about, like the hazard lights come on every time you brake - something one of Le Mans crew had on his TVR.

It was actually really reliable. genuinely, I had it for a few years and the only time it failed me was I left the lights on by mistake and the battery went flat, so I couldn't even get in to it to get booster cables on the battery.
Electrics are always a bit dodgy and the lights / wipers were next to useless, but it was a fun car. Used to get home from an early morning blast glad I survived

Hello All,

New to the forum and had been reading this thread so thought I would add pictures of my new one, I think the colour is fairly unusual, perhaps not to everyone's taste but I for one love it!

I'm also hugely impressed with the B8 v the B7, again I know it is not everyone's taste but the gearbox just seems a perfect match for this car and whilst I thought I would, I do not miss my B7 much at all.
