I guess so, appreciate that :beerchug:

I will surely use this as my project thread. I am a bit of a moron and never made a build thread for the car thus far but I can throw some links and such in here for those that haven't seen some of my other threads about the internet.

The details on the exterior are powder coated and were done by OEMPlus in California. They are a bit pricy but they can be found here.

I've seen you before on Audizine; I'm JoeyManhattan there too.
I'm curious where you sourced your Ceramics and if you paid the ungodly $13K from a site or two I know of.

Have to admit I quite enjoy reading some of the supercharger angst on AZ (the latest PES related thread is an absolute classic IMHO) - it just shows how childish some people can be, which restores my faith in how this place is much more accepting of opinions.
Yes quite chaotic of late and as a result I have permanently relocated to a new forum.

Thanks for the welcome :beerchug:
don't you mean you have just been banned from audizine?.

Ah, good to see some familiar faces :bigwave:

They pop up for sale from time to time. There are actually some on here right now.

tomato tomato (guess that doesn't translate well on message boards)

Any one will tell you that over there things are run by forum sponsors and those forum sponsors like to silence people who speak the truth about some of their sub-par products. Its quite sad really. The wool is being pulled over many peoples eyes. To each their own I guess, I just don't like seeing fellow RS owners getting burned. The good news is the people who run the show over there are a small mom and pop shop that's all but irrelevant to the largely European crowed here.

Noble sounding.

Actually you were banned for lying and making up stories to discredit one of APR'S competitors...what with you promoting their kit like a good boy in exchange for the thousands of dollars in discounts they gave you. I don't believe APR put you up to lying...you added that yourself unfortunately, and now you're banned from audizine. Fyi you claimed you joined audirevolution but didnt grt approved for membership, but the site owner said that too was a lie. Maybe try again if you're up to the task. It will be rough at first, I can promise. There you can speak first hand with the people whose cars you are making up lies about (that got you banned from audizine)

Anyway, I do like your car. Only thing negative I had to say about it was the ill fitting wheels you used to have made it look a VW stancetard car. You lashed out at me pretty good for that, and then within a few months, sounds like you agree with me as you've ditched those wheels for something more appropriate, fitment-width wise. Funny how that is.

I also love that APR supercharger kit. Its excellent. Your car did pretty well with it when you took it to the dragstrip. Have you considered going back here on a cool spring night now with the ceramics? DA isn't terrible at night these days. Contrary to belief, I love seeing ALL RS4s doing well. Ask horsepower and deltav from TTS, or ask Keith from apr europe, who was emailing ne updates live from the track back in the day when he drove the APR car with the 1320 kit to the then record time. I just don't like BS.

appreciate that :beerchug:

However I changed wheels for the new season, cant be wearing the same shoes year after year. I was quite partial to the old ones and TBH received quite a few compliments on them. Not sure what 'lashing out' your talking about though as I am quite sure we have never spoken? I do have a tendency to lose track of fans though, especially those that don't bring anything useful to the table.

Any way, thanks for the warm welcome :bigwave:

"No! You changed wheels because of this:"

MTM Exhaust/Down Pipes
Can you clarify this from your signature? I haven't seen MTM offering downpipes anywhere. I asked the MTM dealer in Canada about them 2 years ago and he said he wasn't aware of any. Maybe they're a recent addition.

Are they 2.75? catted? Where's the cat if catted? What about the o2 sensors? Any pics?

Thanks

Nothing on the webpage either
