I'm just looking to order some front discs for mine, anyone know the difference between the 2 discs listed ? I know the one is out of stock but I don't want to buy the others and them not be right.

Forgot to say, mine were delivered yesterday (after failed attempt on Friday). They had Audi part numbers on them.

I thought that the 2 part numbers were left and right !!

So if I order 2 or the ones that are shown as 'in stock' then I'll get the left and right ones ?

Mike, what ones did you order ? front or rears, and have they come handed ?

It looks to me that the rears are shown as left rear and right rear, but the fronts aren't ?

I need some but don't want to order the wrong thing, any help gratefully received !!

Both front discs are the same on the RS4, the rears are handed. If you look at your front discs the holes are drilled in the same direction (so look the opposite when on the car if that makes sense), but the rears are drilled in the opposite direction so look correct. The front right disc is effectively drilled wrong for some reason.
I ordered the rears so I needed one of each. If you want the front then you just need to order 2 of the same ones.

Yeah took me a while to notice. I initially thought somebody had fitted 2 left discs by mistake!

My rear discs arrived today. All Stickers on the discs stated different part numbers, however...

Upon inspecting the actual discs I have been sent 2 rear lefts, instead of a left and a right!

Both the physical discs have the same part number stamped on them and have an "L" and the number 2. Can someone just confirm that i am correct in thinking that they are the same disc? I am sure when I bought a set years ago the one said R 1 and the other L 2?

I will check what mine say in a minute, but you can check by looking at the direction of drilled holes. They should flow in opposite directions for the rear discs.

Yep mine are wrong, just checked online:
The left should be stamped 8E0615601AB & the right 8E0615602D

Mine are both 8E0615601AB, what a pain the arse! I almost didn't check them as they were so well wrapped and had the correct codes on the Stickers. My advice is double check yours!
