Both of mine have gone, I can only assume that they are the originals, so 7 years not bad.
I spoke with JC. Weldfab today after picking my car up after a new exhaust and they are willing to do a group buy on aux rads after they have fabricated one, I will send them my old one and they will then fabricate a new one in alloy and they can then work out a price, at least it's another option.

Both mine have started to weep - Audi Basingstoke have quoted me £695 for both all inc which is not bad really given the retails cost of the parts. Interestingly my local VAG independent quoted slightly higher.

Have a look on eBay, Genuine RS4 rad for £185 each, from Aberdeen Audi, I bought one and it was delivered the next day my local garage is going to fit it and delete the drivers side for £150 + vat :bigwave:

Will be good if JC Weldfab can produce an all alloy one for similar or better than money :beerchug:

They already know as I have spoken to them, apparently as soon as they get a pattern they can make a jig to reproduce to order. I believe the initial cost is to buy the core as they have to buy a certain quantity, I assume that the more interest the cheaper they can make them, I will keep you posted.
