The dash-can shows her speed is around 70 mph (114-119 kph) so 69-73 mph (the dash-cam is in kph, I forgot to change it!) but the police officer says he sped up to 80 mph when he saw her 'flying' past the traffic and that she had caught him up - this is blatantly not true as she'd have to be doing more than 80 mph which she never achieved. If I sent the footage to the local constabulary would they prosecute her for her speed (max 76 mph when she is behind the police car).
Also, I didn't think a single officer could make a passing judgement on a vehicle's speed - I thought it had to be 2 officers or the use of VASCAR or laser?
