so been sniffing around the firewall and figured that there is a separate strut brace right behind, but it does almost nothing as it's mounted with one screw on left side and with two on the right so it can twist and turn with no worries, you can actually twist it with your own hands:

take the rubber seal off the top of firewall and you see everything is not actually joined together:

anyway, found square aluminium tube which fits straight in, secured with already existing for that two screws on each side and what a difference

apology for the crap quality pics

Feedback - been driving with it on for a week only, the driveways - no chassis twisting, the steering is so much tighter but only on sharp turns and high speeds, sudden direction changes are done with no hesitation, the car seems that little more planted, saying all that don't expect a wow factor you can only notice the diff if you know your car just like with any strut brace really, it also complements the stiff sway bar (previously installed) connecting the underbody

feedback - the cheapest mod you can do for RS5, significant difference on turn in during hard cornering, sometimes was actually surprised the that the car turned in where I was not expecting that at all, so much sharper cornering, highly recommend

feedback - the best you can do for track session if not using harness

Lovely ... Hard to ever get tired of watching a good car going round Eastern Creek ... And with such a delightful sound track too!

Marzz - Are you doing the Burrows Drive Days for those runs?

Word is that PES has gone bust. Have you had any recent communication from them?

They stopped responding to messages/ calls, and their phone was disconnected this week. There are a few people who I am sure are half way to buying this kit (as in have sent money but received nothing) who are probably shitting themselves right now.
