Whats the welded up box do? The air filters are in the ducting from the intakes by the looks of it so not sure what's in the shiny box; anyone know? :?

Other than looking utterly gash, the only thing I can think of is water / meth injection.

This was the first mock-up of that intake system. It was documented over on RS6.com but I'm not sure what happened to that site.

Seems like a hell of a lot of money/fannying for just 600 bhp.......the 1600 hp fuel system is somewhat underutilized

Stock turbo housing = 600HP.

Agreed, we've heard it many times before but only from one source as far as I'm aware.

Point being, why go to the enormous expense of completely rebuilding an already strong motor good for up to 750-800 bhp on standard crank/rods/pistons and not make full use of the potential?

Beer and hookers seems a far more enjoyable money waster to me....
