Help!
I was driving my B6 S4 today when I suddenly lost power, it feels like a misfire (as it's still has reasonable power) and I have a flashing amber engine management light.I hope it's just a failed coil pack- question is if I take it to a local garage will the diagnostics make it apparent that a certain cylinder is misfiring or is it a long drawn out process of swapping out coil packs then driving it again? Also will it be obvious from the diagnostics if it's something more serious? Any advice on what to look out for would be really helpful.. Thanks..
Re: Help!
Sounds like coil pack. Might even be under the recall as well. I changed all of mine when one failed, forgot to check if they were covered by the recall
