I like your car Daz, yes everyone is entitled their own opinion but not to the childish extents of Bam Bam saying Bentley wheels look <beep>! Very childish indeed!

Not at all, they tend to be the same very, very simple errors every time and it's nae bother to point out. I'm practically doing it in my sleep, via a keyboard, in the comfort of my very own home.

Not entirely true, I actually said:

"So let's recap:
1. Bentley wheels on an RS6 looks sh1te and is retarded.
2. Wind deflectors are for the Nissan Micra driving blue rinse brigade.
3. Golfather loves posting pictures of lowered cars.

Deal with it."

Additionally, to what extent does someone's opinion stop being an opinion?

Finished my break so off to abuse the workforce to relieve the pent up frustration you've caused bam......

Or more likely I'm going to continue chilling out and enjoy the rest of my night....

And thanks stu :beerchug: It doesn't actually bother me if somebody dislikes what I've done/am doing but if that's the case move on. Repeated interjections and further unnecessary net bashing are petty childish cries for attention. You remind me off a child being dragged round shops thats not getting his own way....

1. Your opinion whilst being offensive, derogatory and overly simplistic is still yours to express. It also shows your level.

2. Wind deflectors are actually for a variety of cars and a wide demographic of owners. I inherited these specific ones when I purchased the car and whilst being not aesthetically to your taste they do not bothrr me unduly.

3. He may well like posting pictures of lowered cars but I am certain that there are specific picture threads where he can feed his habit.

Bam_bam....you're a wizard.

Still posting and biting back? It seems like you're having a hard time moving on, let it go, you're far too defensive, Daz.

Probably best post any pictures in a dedicated thread, it's only fair to the author of this thread!!!

Erm, righty then. If someone likes something about your car then they can post, but if they don't then they can't? Kinda boring isn't it?
How would the world get on if everyone just said yes all the time?? You have to expect that someone is going to say something negative at some point and learn to deal with it.
IMO your car looks dump, in your opinion my car looks dump, I don't give a flying turd cause me likes it a lot.
One thing I do agree with you, Golf is a bummer :nodder: and he is one of yours (low rider thingy persons)

Im not fussed with someone telling me their opinion in the slightest but 18 pages of spamming by a general few forum users and I'm not allowed to have an opinion on their behaviour? Double standards surely.

It wont make an iota of difference to me to discontinue using this account, I can easily pick up any tips or hints through browsing the general forum and have zero input to the little autocracy you seem to think you have going where a minorities opinions are all that matter and damn the torpedoes but the damn fng's just better follow the party line....

There's nought wrong with Bookfather, of course, you might not say that until you've met him. He does like winding us C5 boys up and it seems he's gotten pretty good at it.

Daz, you've got one of the most popular threads on RS246 and it only got that way because you lashed out. Had you just shrugged your shoulders and ignored the opinions that you say don't bother you in the slightest, it'd be a very short thread.

Footlong started a similar thread when he joined but rolled with it, didn't lash out, now he's become the forum socialite. He regularly rubs shoulders with fashionistas, hipsters, pretty young things, comedians and politicians to raise our little forum up in the world of coolness. All the while, keeping up his day job of modifying cars.

Don't be disheartened, dubbed Up Daz. It's just an Internet opinion machine.

You don't post pictures, you lose.

Erm, just be accurate, when I joined, I didn't slam my car to the point of making is dangerous to drive over the slightest pothole or depression in the road (imo), or stick Wayne Rooney rims on my ride either, thanks ;).

P.S. I haven't met Golfather either but when I do, I will still call him a <beep> to his face :D.

P.P.S. From seeing that Pistonheads pic, those rims have grown on me eeeeeeeeever so slightly but that is only down to not running the B centre caps methinks.
