I set the ball rolling here and I purposely took a step back after it got a bit blown out of the water - so reading back through the threads it looks like we are all happy -
So VMAX Quattro is on then ...........

I'll be there for sure and I am still glad that I started this thread

He's a fairly competent pro driver, so given i'd taken same said son down the same strip at 197mph in my GT-R earlier in the day, i was more than happy for Mr M to perform the same in Noble's finest given they'd trusted him to bring their car back to them in one piece.

Glad VMAX Quattro is going ahead & depending on numbers/invites/commitments, i'd love to attend:)

Woah, stand back everyone, we're got a professional Googler here!

It's a testament to the type of people posting in this thread, another day on another forum and it would've turned into a shitefight.
We're all getting older so not enough time for said shitefights;)

Didn't realise Dickie lived fairly local so will have to go & share a few shots (pool) with him.

As the person who's often expected to make events happen..... I'm glad we have reached some sort of decision that means I don't have to do much :)

All we need now is a date and committed people. I would recommend that we pay up front so we can commit to Craig that we have enough people. I'm happy to collect moneys.

Display to show 0-60, 0-100 etc as well as top speed and corner exit
Better catering so decent coffee
I'm not sure it needed anything else

It'll be the new year now anyway, so plenty of time for all the B7 folk to prepare their carbon build up and vacuum leak excuses :)

Actually, it'll ge interesting to get a load of b7's together to see how varied the speed 'limiters' actually are as I'm pretty sure my old B7 was way faster than 155

Haha, I was waiting for that....
I might just have another car by then though, and it'll probably have a couple more cylinders, less weight and less seats :bigblink:
