After reading a couple of posts on here i notices that the Engine Start button should be a light press and not press and hold til it starts, also cruise not coming on... so apparently i need to replace a clutch pedal switch, My local garage said to order from TPS and its known as the 'Clutch Pedal DOWN Switch' Is that correct?
Is it an easy part to fit? I tried to find a HOW To guide but couldnt find one - been told its a simple enough fix tho...
any thoughts?

I don't have the problems but I am replacing it as maintenance. My understanding is there is only one clutch switch but there is an older unit that was replaced by a newer one. Have a look at this parts list:shaz wrote:Which one have you ordered? Iv been told there are two.

Re: Clutch Pedal Switch Fitting..?
It really is a doddle to fit - IIRC just press in and almost quarter turn.
However unless they have changed the design, the switches are one use so don't have a "practise" go as it'll break the switch removing it.
